Refund Policy
1. Mental Health Services - In the event of permitted cancellations, refunds shall be made within 7-8 days’ from the date of such cancellation to the original source of your payment.
Cancellations and Reschedule Policy
1. You as a customer can cancel or reschedule your session/order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot (1 hour prior to appointment) for which you have placed an order by calling our number provided or changing the same on the website. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
2. Once cancelled, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days
