WHO WE ARE
The Fenweh Story
Pronounced fen-way

We started Fenweh because we believe everyone deserves a therapist who truly understands them - their culture, their identity, their lived experience. We make mental health a priority.
Good therapy isn't just a caring conversation. It takes professional training, ethical practice, and therapists who've done their own inner work to support you effectively in figuring things out.
We're here to create genuine therapeutic relationships that are transparent, accessible, and rooted in empathy. Along the way, we hope to help you gain clarity and perspective about yourself.

I help you make sense of what you're
going through, without the therapy-speak.
If you're here, chances are you've been carrying something heavy for a while. Maybe it's family expectations clashing with who you really are. Maybe it's relationship patterns you can't seem to break. Or maybe you're just tired of feeling anxious, stuck, or misunderstood.
I believe you're the expert on your own life - I'm just here to help you see patterns more clearly and build the tools you need to move forward.

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and the general chaos of adulting.
My approach is straightforward: we'll talk through what's actually going on in your life, figure out what's not working, and work together to shift it. No judgment, no pressure to have all the answers, just honest conversation.
I have worked across concerns such as:
eating disorders
mood disorders
LGBTQIA+
relationships
self-esteem
work-life balance
emotional intelligence
conflict management
assertive communication
religious trauma
body image
trauma
abuse
anxiety
ADHD
If any of this sounds familiar, let's talk.

Building a process rooted in curiosity,
warmth, and growth.
I come to therapy with genuine curiosity about what makes you, you. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply collaborative - I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to understand your patterns, navigate challenges, and tap into your strengths.
I believe that each person already has the resources they need for healing and growth. My role is to help you access those resources through open dialogue, practical tools, and insights tailored to your unique experience.

During our sessions, my goal is to empower you with the clarity and skills to build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward the life you want- one honest conversation at a time.
I work with people navigating:
life transitions
identity exploration
family dynamics
interpersonal conflicts
relationships
self-esteem
personal growth
anxiety
communication patterns
Ritika is a promising therapist building her practice under active supervision and training with Fenweh. She will be taking on limited slots and clients while acutely working on her inclination and strengths as a therapist.

I help you UNDERSTAND THE WEIGHT YOU'VE
BEEN CARRYING - AND FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO WITH IT.
Life doesn't always break in obvious ways. Sometimes it's the accumulation of small things - family expectations that never quite fit, relationships that drain more than they sustain, or just the exhausting work of holding it together when no one's watching.
I work with people who are navigating exactly that: the quietly difficult parts of being human. My approach is rooted in genuine curiosity about your story and a commitment to helping you make sense of it without judgment or pressure.

I believe you already have insight into what's not working - my role is to help you access it, understand the patterns beneath it, and build the tools to shift what needs shifting. We'll work collaboratively, at your pace, using what actually fits your life rather than what a textbook says should work.
I work with individuals navigating:
ANXIETY
mood DIFFICULTIES
TRAUMA AND ABUSE
relationship PATTERNS
GRIEF AND LOSS
LIFE TRANSITIONS
SELF-WORTH
FAMILY DYNAMICS
CULTURAL IDENTITY
BURNOUT
Nuzhat brings a decade of clinical experience and a deep understanding of how cultural context - particularly Indian family structures and societal expectations - shapes mental health. She works under supervision as part of Fenweh's commitment to quality care.
