We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 12 hours before your appointment time. Unfortunately, changes requested after this period may not be accommodated.

 

If you do not join your session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be treated as a missed session and will not qualify for rescheduling or refund.
